For practical legal experience, Steven D. Jaeger worked for nearly 10 years as a law clerk. During this time, he had the benefit of working with many of Northern Kentucky’s well-respected attorneys and gained a keen understanding of the complex and sophisticated nature of the many different legal processes.

Once Steve became licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, he first worked for a mid-sized law firm where he represented clients in all areas of the law which included Personal Injury, Wills and Trusts, and Criminal Defense. During this time, he was also admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio, the United States District Court, Eastern District of Kentucky, and the United States Court of Appeals.

Later, Steve decided to take a position with a small law firm in Ohio to get exposure and experience with the business side of the law. There he assisted in contract review and drafting and representing the business interests of companies.

Steve felt a continuing tug towards practicing law again in Kentucky. Born and raised in Northern Kentucky, Steven D. Because of his close ties to his community, Steve made the decision to set up a firm in Northern Kentucky and founded The Jaeger Firm, PLLC in 2010. Here he continues to pursue his passion, helping others resolve their legal issues as they navigate through what can be a complex legal system.
